Some buildings in Hong Kong island seen from Kowloon peninsula intentionally illuminates for travellers.
Brightness of those buildings have been a symbol of Hong Kong.
So, it will be difficult to make them darker all the day. One solution I came up with is to decide when to illuminate and when to turn light off.
