As is often the case with North Korea, the country protests strongly against UN or allies of United States.
So, what will be important for negotiating North Korea into peaceful state is that allies of United States cooperate with communist countries to condemn North Korea's activities which are similar to terrorists' ones.
Otherwise, North Korea must be baited as 'Kim Dynasty' for the time being.
