Shanghai neighborhoods return to lockdown a day after restrictions eased

When we see that some passengers on Shanghai Subway are wearing medical gears and face shields, they are still afraid of being tested positive. Unless China throws away zero-Covid policy, it must be impossible for them to return to lives in those days.
We can't predict when it will end. But, it must be when Chinese Communist Party notice huge side effects of the policy.
