China resumes streaming South Korean content after six-year suspension

It's difficult to imagine what made Beijing resume ties with South Korea. There is no action from South Korean side to rebuild friendship with China. And, there is no factor which made China isolated so seriously that the country has to seek a cooperative country. Zero-Covid policy surely made China isolated in terms of some aspects. But, South Korea is not the country taking the same measures for Covid-19.
