"Rapid" train will be launched on Kobe Line. It stops at the same stations with commuter express train except for passing through Tsukaguchi.
During evening rush hour, Limited Express will be changed to Semi-Limited Express. So, Tsukaguchi and Rokko will be added to stopping stations. (Travel time won't be changed from current Limited Express)
"Commuter Express" will be added on Takarazuka Line. It's the same as express except for stopping at Sone and Okamachi additionally.
During evening rush hour, express trains bound for Takarazuka will be changed to Commuter Express. (Travel time won't be changed from current Express)

Between Shin-Tanabe and Kashihara-Jingu-mae or Tenri, local trains will be increased to 4 trains per hour from 3 trains per hour.
Rapid Express Train bound for Kintetsu-Nara, which departs from Osaka-Namba at 24:03, will be added.
Express Train bound for Yamato-Yagi, which departs from Osaka-Uehommachi at 23:57, will be added.
Express Train bound for Kintetsu-Yokkaichi, which departs from Kintetsu-Nagoya at 23:58, will be added.
Some first trains on Minami-Osaka Line and Nagano Line will depart earlier than now.
3 Limited Express Trains on weekdays and 7 Limited Express Trains on weekends will be added between Osaka-Namba and Kintetsu-Nagoya.
