South Korea's President Moon says it's time to consider a ban on eating dog meat

They should think about why it's not good to eat dog meat. I guess those who want to ban dog meat just think that it's out of date culture. In my opinion, it should not be a reason to ban dog meat. It can look down on rare culture.
On the other hand, if there is a hygiene issue or possibility of extinction of dogs, they should ban dog meat.
