North Korea is destroying sites at the Mount Kumgang resort area

I remember that interaction between North and South Korea was activated during Sunshine Policy of South Korea. Freight trains connected both. South Korean company launched factories in North Korean side. South Korean tourists rushed to Mount Kumgang.
That's what we can't imagine now amid pandemic and revival of Cold War.
