China bans kids from playing online video games during the week

Though I know it's not good for health to watch TV screen for a long time, the liberty of playing video games should be protected. We should not restrict human rights to stay unhealthy. Imagine if we are banned from eating a lot or studying until late at night, it's a society without freedom. Can it be acceptable?
