South Korea hotel apologizes after honeymooners discover people can see into mirrored sauna

Surely, it's the hotel's responsibility that sauna could be seen from outside. And, I can understand how shocking it was. But, did it hurt them so severely as to get mental therapy?
I guess it's too exaggerated reaction.
