She has a profound knowledge of airline careers. It is because she often go abroad such as EU, Thai, Laos and Australia.
When I was having lunch with her*1, she began to talk about India. Although she wants to travel to India, she doesn't have enough courage to do so due to its bad security.
Then, I introduced her Air India, which I used when I went to Hong Kong. She said that she have ever seen the picture that room inside the aircraft was filled with smoke.
And, her friend was forced to stay an airport for a week due to delay of the airline(Air India).
