South Korea to waive Covid-19 quarantine for some travelers vaccinated overseas

It has nothing to do with me, because the new rule does not include travelers. And it's troublesome that visitors still have to be tested.
The country should imitate EU's new rule that vaccinated visitors can enter the country as they could before pandemic after finishing vaccination to elderly people.
