Taichung MRT is the 3rd metro in Taiwan. But, because of repeated postponement of the metro opening, it's been more than 12 years since initial opening of Kaohsiung Metro, the 2nd metro system in Taiwan, which opening was also delayed
I wonder why construction of metro systems in Taiwan are often delayed.
