When it comes to urban rail construction in Taiwan, completion date tends to be prolonged. So, it would be difficult to build the Yellow Line within 10 years. 10 years later, population in Taiwan is likely to decrease. I'm afraid that population change will affect the metro plan including the Yellow Line.
