Construction of Ho Chi Minh City Metro is later than that of Hanoi Metro Line 2A. But, it's also delayed. Hanoi Metro Line 2A was initially planned to be completed by 2013. After that, opening date was postponed many times, and as a result, it hasn't yet been inaugurated.
