I guess there are two reasons why Chinese Communist Party bans LGBTQ.
The first one is the countermeasures against low fertility rate. If it becomes a more serious issue, the government will impose tax on couples without a child. But, LGBTQ can be an excuse for not having a child.
The second one is prevention of anti-government movement combined with LGBTQ's movement.
