North Korea conducts first weapons test of Biden's presidency

I would like to praise calm response from the United States. It would be waste of time to blame North Korea, everytime the country launches missiles.
At a glance, such an attitude seems to be so weak that it can let North Korea more arrogant.
But, military drill using normal missiles is common around the world. So, blaming against launching of normal missiles won't be fair.
It's effective to blame only when the country launches a special missile.
