It's clear that who fueled North Korea's intention to launch missiles.
Without Trump's statement to urge China trade sanction on North Korea, North Korea wouldn't have launched missiles frequently.
He just want to make reasons for selling weapons manufactured in the United States. By enhancing military theat around Korean Peninsula, he want to sell weapons to related countries.
I guess he is concerned about sales outcome rather than ballistic missile's theat to US.
