Shijiazhuang metro Line 3 trains delivered

The face of the train seems to be similar to train used in MTR Hong Kong's South Island Line.
But, while the manufacturer of the train on South Island Line is CRRC Changchun, that on Shijiazhang Metro Line 3 is CSR.
I wonder why both of them are similar to each other.
