Is it good to see a city which was famous for slavery is declining?
The answer must be "No".
If we say "Cities with tragedic history is the place we should not visit", it means we can't go on a trip to most of the historic cities.
It's important for us to visit there, learn their histories, and swear we will never repeat them again.
