There are many youngsters in Japan who were harrassed by bosses, and were forced to be absent from workplaces due to depression or cognitive disease. Most of them are still suffering from unstable emotion or handicapped ability.
So, we should notice how serious it is to bully someone. It may cause life-long disease for victims.
