Though metro opening wave continues, the contents have been changed. As you see the article, neither Beijing nor Shanghai is written on it. That means metro opening wave is gradually shifting from capital city or the biggest city to other cities, since most of the metro constructions ended in these cities.
So, we will see more opening in smaller cities in the future.
