Shijiazhuang Metro Line 2 opens

There is Shijiazhuang North Station, at which 3 railway lines gather. But, Shijiazhuang Metro doesn't reach the station so far. And, current plan doesn't include extension to Shijiazhuang North Station. I wonder why there is not a plan to reach the station.
