Why don't you see post-war era in Iraq?

It's often the case with places where war or terrorism used to be famous, they are rarely broadcasted after becoming safer.
So, it requires much endeavor for journalists or people there to make war-experienced cities famous as safe ones.
Especially, it will be much more difficult for Iraq to promote tourism under the situation that it's extremely troublesome to apply for tourist visas.
As the first step, Iraqi government should simplify the procedure of the visa application for parts of the countries that have nothing to do with terrorism in Iraq.
