The 'floating' backpack that could ease the burden of travel

As is often the case with me, I have shoulder pain everytime I'm travelling with backpack.
Though it's possible to leave it at hotel, I have to bring it when moving between airport and hotel or between hotels.
So, this invitation is so helpful for me.
The problem is that I feel the floating backpack so light that I would cram more clothes and souvenirs into the backpack. It may exceed weight limit of baggages when boarding budget air's flight.
