Hong Kong's Jumbo floating restaurant sinks at sea

Despite its fame, one of my acquaintances told me that foods served at that restaurant were not delicious. (I don't remember who told it, though)
Anyway, it became impossible to make sure if foods at the restaurant are delicious or not.
By the way, the biggest question is why it was towed near paracel islands. I wonder where it was heading for.
