Even though English is changing as the time passes, there must be linguistic expert to define new words or new gramatic rules. Otherwise, new words are used differently between different areas or different industries. It will cause gap between languages they use and languages used in textbooks at schools. It means those who can't have a chance to study at school cannnot understand original language. And, they will have no access to public documents written in original language.
In a long span, it prevents them from participating politics, which is equal to corruption of democracy.
So, to maintain social equality, we need linguistic professionals to interpret current languages.
