India is building a city from scratch to attract foreign investors

It will pose threat to ecnomically growing Asian countries.
Not only tax issues but also linguistic advantage that India is one of the countries where English is spoken will make GIFT City more superior to them.
But, the only problem is transportation. Even if it's an attractive business district in terms of tax and human resources, it's meaningless without easy access to foreign countries.
