Vladivostok airport express service opens

Citation: http://www.railjournal.com/index.php/main-line/vladivostok-airport-express-service1.html#.UBPoxYdGFvp

Because of declining streetcar lines in Vladivostok, I had thought railways wouldn't be constructed around Vladivostok.
But, surprisingly, the airport line opened.
I'm surprised at how low the frequency of trains on the line is. I wonder this frequency is the lowest of the airport rail links in East Asia.
And, what impressed me is "Security guards are provided on board all trains."
In East Asia, security guards are rarely provided on trains. I guess it indicates bad safety in Vladivostok.
