Why don't we focus on Haneda Airport Access Line?

Report of environmental assessment about Haneda Airport Access Line's East Yamanote Route, which will initially be built by JR East, was publicized on the website of Tokyo.
Haneda Airport station will be composed of 1 platform and 2 tracks. Train depot will be placed on Tokyo Freight Terminal Station. Though most of the newly operateded section will be double tracks, connecting point with Tokaido Line near Tamachi Station will be single track, which is envisaged to be bottleneck.
The report includes plans for train diagram.
144 trains per day, 8 trains per hour, 15 coaches were written there. Though it's not clear whether it's about one direction or both ones, it would be better to think that it's about both directions. That's because there is a single track section and frequent trains on conversational Tokaido Line.

Though West Yamanote Route and Bay Route as wel should also be branching from somewhere, this report doesn't refer to it specifically.
(Translation ends)

Since this rail line is so complicated that I'm not sure where it passes.
I would like to study more.
