notable features(Compared with 10000series):
1. The train includes cleaner useing "Plasmacluster technology" ,which removes virus or germs. This is the first adoption in major private railways in Japan.
2. Width of a seat will be broadened by 25mm.
3. Folding table and AC power will be attached to the back of seats.
4. Toilets for the handicapped will be added.
5. When doors open, door chime rings and the light turns on.
6. The height of the floor will be lowered by 55mm to decrease the platform gap.
7. Electric efficiency and the losing weight of the train body decreases the emission of CO2 by 440t.
