Global population hits 8 billion as growth poses more challenges for the planet

Though whole population is growing, population decrease is problematic in developed countries.
And then, it's becoming harder to maintain infrastructure in these countries. We should think about how to let more people in rapid population growth move to these nations to minimize chaos by sudden change of population in both of population increasing area and decreasing area.
