Many people at management class think that their companies can grow, if each employee works as hard as they had worked. But, they don't understand the fact that it's also a kind of ability to work hard. So, there are many people who cannot work hard, due to mental or physical strength issues.
If they try forcing such employees to work hard, most of them will be dropped out from workplaces.
