I remember that casu marzu is cheese with larva was taken up as rare food on CNN. But, it doesn't seem to be nominated into The world's best cheese. In the first place, its original version cannot be sold legally even in Italy.
In Japan, it's difficult to get specially arranged cheese at reasonable price. So, I wish there could be this kind of cheese competition in Japan.
