One of the reasons why TV media cannot directly criticize Korean government is that the government knows the power of TV media and tries to maneuver it by using any method.
So, when Youtube turns out to have the bigger power, political leaders begin to maneuver internet. So, I guess it's just the issue of which media has the strongest power.
