Defectors fled to South Korea because of poverty.
But, according to the article, there seems to be a man who fled to South, but returned to North, because he couldn't tolerate with social competence and isolated feeling.
When we consider South's economic systems, I guess he could make living, even if he couldn't get ideal job. On the other hand, he must have been suffering from malnutrition and won't be able to solve it in North. So, social competence won't be a reason. I guess isolation must be the biggest one.
