Japan is testing a return to tourism

It's irritating to see that only small group of tourists with fixed travel plan are allowed to enter Japan. What is worse, all of the foreign tourists are not allowed to use public transportation, though returning Japanese with booster shot are allowed to use it. It's obviously discriminative rule. It should be removed soon.
