The article says people would use high-speed trains, when they travel less than 1100km. But, it's not the fact, when we see data in Japan.
Though it's about 1100km between Tokyo and Fukuoka(Hakata), less than 10% of the passengers between these two cities use high speed rail.
To promote more people to use high speed trains, each government should give them more incentives.
