New semi-high-speed train makes Laos more accessible than ever

Even if expressway is built between Vientiane and Luang Namtha, bus won't defeat semi-high-speed train. But, if the semi-high-speed rail remains as a single track line even after increasing trains, more trains are forced to wait for trains bound for opposite direction. It can be a factor to decelerate current trains.
So, railway authority has to prepare for double tracking.
