Singapore is now switching to removing Covid restrictions amid higher vaccination rate and by mindset of giving up zero-Covid policy. So, people like him won't be punished in the near future.
More countries should notice that it's impossible to realize Zero-Covid society and abolish Covid regulations. Countries experiencing lockdown are repeating it everytime the next surge comes.
