China to allow couples to have up to three children in attempt to reverse falling birth rates

According to UK's news agency, China recorded population decrease for the first time in the last 50 years.
So, China would be worrying about aging society. That's why the country is thinking about three children policy, instead of the current two children policy.
But, I guess the new policy won't be enough for solution, when we see the situation in developed nations.
