Sotetsu orders Hitachi EMUs to work Tokyo through services

During pandemic, Sotetsu reduced train operation and Limited Express train running through downtown area of Tokyo was changed to Local train. Under such a situation, it will be difficult for Sotetsu to estimate the number of passengers after inauguration of through service to Tokyu Line.
