Sotetsu Series 21000 EMU enters service

A few years ago, there was a rumor that Sotetsu will also operate through service to Tokyu Toyoko Line from Hiyoshi. But now, the plan seems to be limited to Tokyu Meguro Line.
Considering that Tokyu Toyoko Line runs parallel with JR Saikyo Line, on which Sotetsu train currently runs, it's understandable.
