The most invisible routes for passengers are alternative bus routes, when a railway is disrupted. That's because it's rare to see bus routes on Google map, and it's not easy to understand how to ride on the bus, when taking a bus for the first time.
So, I wish there is an app which can provide bus routes on map and tell us how to take a bus.
