All I know about rolling stocks manufactured in South Africa is Taiwan Railway Administration's E1000 series trains mainly used for locomotive units of Tzu-chiang.
But, this article says the new plant will manufacture commuter trains at the highest pace in the world. I'm looking forward to seeing how many trains around the would would be from this plant.
