Dubai tries to reduce dependence from selling crude oil. One of the way to do it is to boost tourism industry. But, Dubai seems to invest too much money on tourism. I think that Dubai had better invest multiple industries to avoid risks.
Boosting tourism doesn't necessarily become eternal economic booster.
