Many buildings in Dubai are competing for the record of the tallest building in the world. That's why the tallest buildings densely exist in the downtown of Dubai. But, without enough elevators, usability of these buildings would be deteriorated. So, in order to keep Dubai as a business hub, authorities should think about restriction of the tallest buildings.
