Xinyi Line was under construction when I went to Taiwan 4 years ago. What was hard for me at that time was that I had to walk all the way to Taipei 101 from City Hall station.
But now, it takes a minute from Taipei 101 / Taipei World Trade Center Station to Taipei 101.
