Singapore is famous as a fine city, which means clean and many kinds of penalty. This severe restriction is established to keep the citizens highly sophisticated in order to maintain its quality as an Asian economic center.
Yale University should obey the restrictions of Singapore. One university would never be in a higher position than one country. In almost all of the universities in the world, students are required to keep rules regulated by local laws. Yale University wouldn't be an exception.
