I guess those who decided to implant silicon into their breasts must have inferiority complexes about their sizes of breasts.
In my elementary school days, one of my classmates said "I've heard this food can outgrow your breast!"
Though I don't remember what's "this food" and whether she really ate the food regularly, her breast was bigger than usual females.
As this example shows, most females seem to outgrow their breasts at any rate.
But, some males want girlfriends whose breasts are small. So, it is not always necessary for females to outgrow their breasts to attract males.
