North Korea has reportedly discussed with China the possibility of its fledgling leader Kim Jong Un visiting Beijing within this year in an apparent move to gain more economic and political support from its largest patron.
Citing sources both in Pyongyang and Beijing, Japan's Nihon Geizai Shimbun reported on Sunday that the North's Worker's Party's international affairs secretary, Kim Yong Il, delivered Kim Jong Un's wish to visit China during his talks with Chinese President Hu Jintao last month.
The newspaper said that Mr Hu appeared to have welcomed Mr Kim's wish to visit China.
The report came as the international community, including China, is pressuring Pyongyang not to conduct another nuclear test.

Previous leader, Kim Jong Il always used trains, whenever he went to China or Russia. It is probably because he feared for being shot his plane down, while he flied.
Surprisingly, he had his own train and station, to which branch line is extended from national railway line.
Some people ironically says "He must be a railway fan!" I think the station is succeeded to Kim Jong Un.
Once his train ran through to Siberian Railway, special diagram for his train was carried out. But, it arose long delays of general trains on Siberian Railway, due to his slow train.
Judging from his aggressive attitude against neighbouring countries, he must fear for it more strongly than his father. Therefore, he'll use his train for Beijing.
